Thermoacoustic concentration imaging of magnetic nanoparticles under single-pulse magnetic fields

Under a single-pulse magnetic field (SMF), we proposed thermoacoustic (TA) concentration imaging method of nanoparticles (MNPs). This derived the relationship between MNPs and TA signals based on mechanism effect. In simulation, ideally reconstructed map from simulated signals. It proves feasibility method. experiment, multi-channel acquisition system was built, MNP suspension with iron 1 mg/ml injected into two gaps phantom. Then, 128 were obtained by system. Finally, results faithfully cross-sectional image area in is demonstrated that under SMF has potential to achieve low-concentration vivo, which provides promising molecular for MNP-labeled cancer tissues.
